3. TikTok API & Social Media Platform Integrations

All The Ones offers optional integration with third-party social media platforms, specifically the TikTok API (TikTok Login Kit and TikTok Content Posting API):

  • Information Obtained via TikTok API: When you connect your TikTok account to All The Ones, we request access to your basic TikTok profile information (including your TikTok nickname, username, and avatar URL) and authorization tokens to post content.
  • How We Use TikTok Data: All The Ones uses TikTok API access tokens exclusively to query creator info and to publish authorized film teaser frames, videos, and post content to your TikTok account as initiated by you within All The Ones.
  • Storage and Protection of TikTok Data: All TikTok OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely in All The Ones encrypted database storage. All The Ones does NOT sell, rent, license, or share your TikTok user data or access tokens with any third parties or advertisers.

4. How All The Ones Uses Collected Information

All The Ones collects and uses your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To personalize your experience and track your physical media archive collection progress.
  • To verify age appropriateness for age-restricted film content based on your birth year.
  • To publish authorized teaser frames and posts to your connected social channels (such as TikTok).
  • To send security notifications, welcome emails, and respond to support enquiries.

5. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure

All The Ones partners with trusted third-party service providers to support application operation:

  • Google Cloud Storage (GCS): Used by All The Ones to securely host media assets and user profile avatars.
  • OpenAI: Used for optional AI avatar generation. Text prompts are processed by OpenAI, but no personal identifying data is transferred.
  • TikTok Developer Platform: Used for voluntary social authorization and media publishing.

6. Data Retention, Revocation & Deletion (TikTok Data Removal)

All The Ones respects your right to control your personal data and social platform connections:

  • Disconnecting TikTok: You may disconnect your TikTok account from All The Ones at any time via the All The Ones settings panel, or by revoking access directly in your TikTok application settings under Settings & Privacy > Security > Manage App Permissions. Disconnecting immediately removes stored TikTok access tokens from All The Ones.
  • Account & Data Deletion Request: You may request full and permanent deletion of your All The Ones account, game data, and associated TikTok tokens by contacting us via our website contact form or by sending an email to privacy@alltheones.com. Upon receipt, all user records will be erased within 30 days.

7. Cookies and Analytics

All The Ones does NOT use Google Analytics (GA4) or third-party cross-site tracking cookies. All The Ones uses only essential first-party functional cookies to maintain your login session and application preferences.
