To access core features of All The Ones—such as saving film collection progress, earning archivists' points, unlocking achievements, and participating in public leaderboards—you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your All The Ones login credentials.

Users under the age of 13 must have parental or legal guardian consent to register. Access to age-restricted 18+ film content within All The Ones requires confirmation of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. User Conduct & Community Standards

You agree to use All The Ones strictly for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are expressly prohibited from:

  • Attempting to circumvent security features, reverse-engineer, or automatically scrape All The Ones film archive data.
  • Using bots, automated scripts, or fraudulent methods to submit guesses or artificially inflate leaderboard rankings on All The Ones.
  • Submitting offensive, defamatory, profane, or infringing material via All The Ones profile nicknames or contact forms.

4. Third-Party Social Media Integrations (TikTok & Instagram)

All The Ones provides voluntary integrations with third-party social media platforms, including the TikTok API (TikTok Login Kit and TikTok Content Posting API):

  • Compliance with Platform Terms: By connecting your TikTok account to All The Ones, you agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Policies in addition to these Terms.
  • Authorized Publishing: Authorizing TikTok integration grants All The Ones permission to publish teaser frames, videos, and captions to your connected TikTok account solely as directed and confirmed by you within the All The Ones admin/settings interface.
  • Revocation of Integration: You may disconnect or revoke All The Ones access to your TikTok account at any time through your All The Ones account settings or directly via your TikTok app security permissions.

5. Intellectual Property & Fair Dealing

The All The Ones application, brand name, custom logos, visual design elements, code, and original commentary are the exclusive intellectual property of All The Ones. Film frames and stills presented at the 1:11:11 timestamp remain the property of their respective copyright owners and are utilized by All The Ones under Fair Use / Fair Dealing principles for educational commentary, visual analysis, and archival review.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All The Ones is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. All The Ones does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, All The Ones shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

All The Ones reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in malicious or fraudulent behavior.
